BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute railroad
crossing permits with the Santa Fe Railway Co. for Sanitary Sewer
Improvements Contract 17E, installation of sanitary sewer to
separate the combined sewer system in the area of Wall Street from
Main Street to Railroad Avenue.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
