R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the the City Manager' s execution of a commitment for municipal
bond insurance with Financial Guaranty Insurance Company in
conjunction with the refunding of general obligation bonds is
hereby authorized and ratified.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
