WHEREAS bids were received for the purchase of a pump for
the Henry Homberg Golfcourse; and
WHEREAS, Paskell Water Well Service submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,350.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Paskell Water Well Service is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Paskell Water Well Service in the amount of
$1 ,350.00 for the purchase of a pump is hereby accepted by the City
of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
