WHEREAS, on June 10, 1985, bids were .received for an
annual contract for the purchase of liquid cationic polymer
f locculant; and,
WHEREAS, Allied Corporation of New Jersey submitted a bid
in the amount of $ .13/lb. for a total annual cost of approximately
$11,515.75; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Allied Corporation is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Allied Corporation be accepted by the City of
Beaumont in the amount of $ .13/lb. for an annual contract for the
purchase of liquid cationic polymer Flocculant.
