WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by C .E .D. is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by C .E.D. be accepted by the City of Beaumont,
and the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to enter into
an annual contract for the purchase of rigid steel conduit and
accessories in the amounts stated above.
