BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to pay
National Concrete Products Four Thousand One Hundred Twelve Dollars
and Eighty-Eight Cents ( $4,112.88) for fourteen ( 14) six-foot (6 ' )
sections of 54 inch pipe and ramnek which were purchased as an
emergency item for a project at the landfill.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
