R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 17 , 1985, bids were received for a
one-year contract for dump truck rental service; and
WHEREAS, Ervin Charles Trucking of Beaumont submitted
a bid in the amount of $25.00/hour; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Ervin Charles Trucking is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ervin Charles Trucking of Beaumont in the
amount of $25.00/hour for a one-year contract for dump truck rental
service is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1985.
