WHEREAS, on November 20, 1984, the City of Beaumont
awarded a contract to Baytown Construction Company in the amount of
$83,850. 00 for improvements to Sprott Park; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications at a total cost of $83,850.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT improvements to Sprott Park are hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized
to make final payment to Baytown Construction Company in the amount
of $4 ,192.50.
