BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay the
Enterprise Company Two Thousand Two Hundred Eighty-eight Dollars and
Twenty Cents ($2,288.20) for publication of the Southwestern Bell
Telephone Company Franchise Ordinance.
