R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Karl Nollenberger, Hugh Earnest, and Myrtle Corgey be, and
they are hereby , authorized as official signatories for the City of
Beaumont on any depository which has been or may hereafter be
designated by the City, and they are hereby authorized to sign
checks, drafts, notes, or orders issued by the City of Beaumont
from any fund of said City excluding the following accounts:
1 . Myrtle Corgey, City Clerk/Imprest Fund;
2 . Cash Bond Account;
3 . Tax Collection Agency Escrow.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the signatories for these
three specific accounts shall remain as follows:
