R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 10, 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of 1 ,200 feet of five inch ( 5" ) diameter fire hose to be
installed on Engine No. 6 at Station 6 located on Glendale; and,
WHEREAS, Casco Industries of Highlands, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $6,540; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Casco Industries is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Casco Industries of Beaumont in the amount
of $6,540 for the purchase of 1 ,200 feet of five inch ( 5" ) diameter
fire hose to be installed on Engine No. 6 at Station 6 located on
Glendale is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1985.
