BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to segregate
the Tax Anticipation Note funds plus interest in a special account
designated for Tax Anticipation Note repayment at First City
Bank , Beaumont.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the authorized signatories on
this account will be Karl Nollenberger, City Manager; Hugh Earnest,
Assistant City Manager and Myrtle Corgey, City Clerk .
