R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, in August, 1984, City Council passed a resolution
awarding a bid to Lester Saucier and Sons Enterprises, Inc. for the
restoration of two stained glass windows at the Tyrrell Historical
Library and the installation of protective overglazing in a metal
frame over the windows; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 3 is being proposed for an
extension in the contract time from April 26 to June 15, 1985 in
order to locate new glass which is a suitable match for the
replacement of the broken stained glass;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 3 to the contract with Lester Saucier and Sons
Enterprises, Inc. for an extension in the contract time to June 15,
1985.
