R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on February 26, 1985, Resolution 85-66 was
passed by the City Council of the City of Beaumont authorizing the
payment of One Thousand Dollars ($1 ,000) to Missouri Pacific
Railroad Company for a railroad crossing permit at Cedar and Avenue
C; and,
WHEREAS, the pipeline license requires execution by the
Mayor of the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, the resolution did not authorize the Mayor to
sign the permit agreement between the railroad company and the
city;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized to
execute, on behalf of the City of Beaumont, the pipeline license
agreement with Missouri Pacific Railroad Company for installation
of a sanitary sewer at Cedar and Avenue C .
