WHEREAS, on June 3 , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of approximately 1 ,314 feet of 6 ' cyclone fence for the
Sanitation Department; and,
WHEREAS, Hinds Quality Fence Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $4 ,375; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Hinds Quality Fence Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Hinds Quality Fence Company for the
purchase of approximately 1 ,314 feet of 6 ' cyclone fence is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
