WHEREAS, on May 13, 1985, bids were received for an
annual contract for the maintenance of typewriters located in all
city departments; and,
WHEREAS, Accurate Business Machines of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $45 per machine; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Accurate Business Machines is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Accurate Business Machines be accepted by the City
of Beaumont in the amount of $45 per machine for the maintenance of
typewriters in all city departments for a one (1 ) year period.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
