R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May 22, 1985, informal bids were received for
the purchase of 10,000 prisoner history forms and 10,000 medical
attention reports for use in the Police Department; and,
WHEREAS, Action Business Forms of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $1 ,536.90; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Action Business Forms is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Action Business Forms of Beaumont in the
amount of $1 ,536.90 for the purchase of 10,000 prisoner history forms
and 10,000 medical attention reports for use in the Police Department
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1985.
