BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract entered into with the State Health Department be,
and the same is hereby, amended to include blood test screenings
for possible victims of AIDS (Acquired Immune Deficiency
Syndrome) for a period of ninety ( 90) days.
