BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish
interest bearing accounts in the following banks as depositories
for water utility purposes. City deposits shall not be permitted
to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ( $100,000) in any one of the
following depositories:
Texas Commerce Bank
InterFirst Bank
InterFirst West
First City National Bank
First City National Bank - Central
First City National Bank - Gateway
Lamar State Bank
Parkdale Bank
M-Bank
Allied Bank
Beaumont Bank
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following persons be, and
they are hereby , authorized as official signatories on these
accounts for the City of Beaumont:
Karl Nollenberger, City Manager
Hugh Earnest, Assistant City Manager
Myrtle Corgey, City Clerk
