R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on May b , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of 15,000 pounds of rubber asphalt sealing compound; and,
WHEREAS, Crafco Texas, Inc. of San Antonio, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $ . 285 per pound for a total of $4 ,275; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Crafco Texas, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Crafco Texas, Inc. in the amount of $ .285
per pound for a total of $4 ,275 for the purchase of 15,000 pounds of
rubber asphalt sealing compound is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 1985.
