R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Interlocal Agreement between the City of Beaumont and
Drainage District 6 entered into on March 13, 1985 to provide for
the cost participation between the City and the District for
engineering services in connection with the drainage study of the
Upper Hillebrandt Bayou Watershed be, and the same is hereby,
amended to provide for the 25-year and the 10-year frequency storm
runoff instead of the 100-year and 25-year frequency runoff
previously agreed upon.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
