WHEREAS, on April 29 , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of two (2) 300 megabyte storage modules; and,
WHEREAS, Helena Laboratories of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $11 ,800; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Helena Laboratories is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Helena Laboratories in the amount of
$11,800 for the purchase of two ( 2) 300 Megabyte Storage modules is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
