WHEREAS, due to the College Street T .I .P. Project,
several adjustments to the Santa Fe Railway west of Fourth Street
are necessary; and,
WHEREAS, all work on the Santa Fe Railway is to be at the
City' s expense and performed by the Santa Fe Railway Company; and,
WHEREAS, there are no funds available for the project and
it has been requested that the agreement be executed and held until
funds are available;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to enter
into an agreement with the Santa Fe Railway Company, a copy of
which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" , for adjustments to the
Santa Fe Railway west of Fourth Street.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
