WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of curb stops
and angle stops; and
WHEREAS, Municipal Pipe & Fabricating Company of Houston,
Texas, submitted a bid in the amount of $27,879; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Municipal Pipe & Fabricating Company is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
VOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY Or BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Municipal Pipe & Fabricating Company for
the purchase of curb stops and angle stops is hereby accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COU_VCIL of the City of Beaumont this
