R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 29 , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of epoxy marker adhesive; and,
WHEREAS, Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. of Tyler, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $3 ,398; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company, Inc. in the
amount of $3 ,3980 for the purchase of epoxy marker adhesive is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
