BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle
the cases styled City of Beaumont vs. Violet G. O' Fiel, Cause No.
42832 in the amount of $3 ,350; City of Beaumont vs. Vilolet O' Fiel,
Cause No. 42635 in the amount of $15, 115; and City of Beaumont vs .
Joe O' Fiel, Cause No. 42855 in the amount of $9,401.70.
