WHEREAS, on June 4 , 1984, the City awarded a contract to
Jim Walters Construction Co. for Water System Improvements; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being proposed to adjust
actual quantities of pipe and material installed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Jim Walters Construction Co.
for Water System Improvements and to make final payment to Jim
Walters Construction Co. in the amount of $5,132.49.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
