R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on April 8 , 1985, bids were received for the
purchase of 50M Traffic Citations for Municipal Court; and,
WHEREAS, Moore Business Forms of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $2 ,411 .50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Moore Business Forms is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Moore Business Forms in the amount of
$2,411.50 for the purchase of 50M traffic citations is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
