BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the contract between the City of Beaumont and Mental Health
Mental Retardation for grounds maintenance and lawn care of the
Civic Center Complex be, and the same is hereby, amended to reduce
the weed and litter control in downtown and the arterial pickup to
once per month for the next six (6 ) months for a reduced contract
amount of $348,126 .67 .
