R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to establish
a Joint Safekeeping Official Signature Card with the Federal
Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas for and in behalf of the City of
Beaumont to sign in transactions with the Federal Reserve Bank of
Dallas until said Federal Reserve Bank has received notice in
writing that this authority as to any or all of the persons whose
names appear on this card has been revoked.
