R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on October 17 , 1984, the City awarded an
engineering services contract to Bob Shaw , Consulting Engineers,
for Minglewood, 23rd Street Ditch North and 5th Street Drainage
Projects; and,
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 is being proposed to add an
additional storm sewer system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute
Change Order No. 1 to the contract with Bob Shaw , Consulting
Engineers, to add an additional storm sewer system to the
Minglewood Project for a total revised contract amount of
$88,173 .
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
