WHEREAS, the City Council' s regular meeting time is
Tuesday at 1 : 15 in the afternoon; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that this time may be
inconvenient for those interested citizens who work during the day;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that it may be more
convenient to attend a Council meeting that is scheduled during the
evening hours;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Council will hold a regular meeting at 5 :30 p.m. on
every second Tuesday of the month for the two calendar quarters
beginning with the month of April.
