WHEREAS, the City has contracted by resolution to purchase
equipment from the following vendors:
Vendor Equipment
Pan Tech Engineering carbon/oxygen demand
analyzer
NB Business Systems mechanized file system
Houston, Texas
WHEREAS, the vendors have agreed because of the present
financial crisis of the City to allow the cancellation of the
purchase contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That the purchase contracts be, and the same are hereby, cancelled.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
l� day of 1985.
