WHEREAS, the City has contracted by resolution to purchase
fleet equipment from the following vendors:

WHEREAS, the vendors have agreed because of the present
financial crisis of the City to allow the cancellation of these
purchase contracts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT
That the purchase contracts above listed be, and the same are hereby,
cancelled.
