BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to request
proposals from local financial institutions to participate in the
financing of investor-owned housing located in the CDBG Strategy
Area for the Rental Rehabilitation Loan Program.
