BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute a Utility Joint Use Agreement and
a Standard Utility Agreement with Kinder Morgan Texas Pipeline, L. P. and CenterPoint
Energy Entex for the Delaware Street Extension Project.
