R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
remote console radio; and
WHEREAS, Trinity Communications of Beaumont, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $19 ,305.00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Trinity Communications is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Trinity Communications for the purchase of
one ( 1 ) remote console radio is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
