BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay One
Thousand Dollars ($1 ,000) to Missouri Pacific Railroad Company
for a railroad crossing permit at Cedar and Avenue C .
