R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
total organic carbon/total oxygen demand analyzer; and,
WHEREAS, Ionics c/o Pan Tech Engineering of Sugarland,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $17 ,275; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Ionics c/o Pan Tech Engineering is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Ionics c/o Pan Tech Engineering in the
amount of $17,275 for the purchase of one ( 1 ) total organic
carbon/total oxygen demand analyzer is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
