WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of property needed for the College Street Thoroughfare
Improvement Program Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
approved:
Parcel 27: 787.5 square feet out of Lot 7 , Block
22, Cartwright Terrace Addition
Owner: Dee Lou Gilchriest
Value: $2 ,700
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
