R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
mechanized lateral f ile; and,
WHEREAS, NB Business Systems, Inc. submitted a bid in the
amount of $11,990 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by NB Business Systems, Inc. is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by NB Business Systems, Inc. for the purchase
of a mechanized lateral file is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
