BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to take all
steps necessary to cancel the contract between the City of Beaumont
and ARA Services, Inc. entered into on October 1 , 1982. The
cancellation shall take place at the earliest date legally
possible.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
