WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of property needed for the College Street Thoroughfare
Improvement Program Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
approved:
Parcel 12: 1 ,000 square feet out of Lot 97 , Block
9 , B . D. Crary Addition
Owners: Jack H. Riley and Jack W. Riley
Value: $1 ,908
Parcel 13: 480 square feet out of Lot 102, Block
9 , B . D. Crary Addition
Owners: Jack H. Riley and Jack W. Riley
Value: $15,392
