WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of trees and
shrubs; and,
WHEREAS, the Garden Center of Beaumont submitted a bid in
the amount of $3 ,397.50 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by the Garden Center of Beaumont is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by the Garden Center of Beaumont in the amount
of $3 ,397.50 for the purchase of trees and shrubs be accepted by the
City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985.
