WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a joint
sealing machine; and,
WHEREAS, Saf-T-Mark Supply Company submitted a bid in the
amount of $12,850 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company is the lowest and best bid
meeting specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company for the purchase
of a joint sealing machine is hereby accepted by the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
the day of 1985 .
