WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of chemical
feed equipment for installation at the Pine Street Water Filtration
Plant; and,
WHEREAS, Bernhard Associates submitted a bid in the
amount of $53,676; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Bernhard Associates is the lowest and best bid meeting
specifications and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Bernhard Associates for the purchase of
chemical feed equipment for installation at the Pine Street Water
Filtration Plant is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
