R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of property needed for the College Street Thoroughfare
Improvement Program Project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
approved:
Parcel 8 : 293 square feet out of Lots 49, 50 and
51, Block 5 , B . D. Crary Addition
Owner: Coy C and Grace B . Pinnix
Value: $1 , 100
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
