R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of a digital
potentiometer; and,
WHEREAS, Rawson & Company submitted a bid in the amount
of $1 ,050 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Rawson & Company is the best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Rawson & Company , Inc. in the amount of
$1 ,050 for the purchase of a digital potentiometer is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
