R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the City of Beaumont has purchased property from
Lamb Printing and Stationery Company; and,
WHEREAS, the Jefferson County Adult Probation Department
has an existing lease with Lamb printing and Stationery Company to
occupy said property which should be assigned to the City of
Beaumont;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to accept the
assignment of the lease between Lamb Printing and Stationery Company
and the Jefferson County Adult Probation Department to the City of
Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
