BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager of the City of Beaumont be, and he is hereby,
authorized to execute a legal instrument removing deed restsrictions
and conditions from a tract of property, as described in Exhibit "A"
attached hereto, which was transferred to the Cerebral Palsy
Foundation on the 29th day of December, 1964 .
